Since launching X Is Possible, LLC - a personal and professional development company - I have coached clients through career advancement, career change, and transition to business ownership. My coaching focuses on professional empowerment that aligns strengths and values with career decisions. I often use assessments and accountability tools to support client' success. I am a certified PMP and DISCStyles Communication Consultant. I hold an MBA and ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Erica M. Roberts is a decorated executive and certified coach with an enthusiasm for discovering and realizing potential for others, specifically pertaining to career success and entrepreneurship. During her career as a federal government executive, she amassed an acclaimed portfolio of organizational development solutions. Erica is known for driving results, and is heralded for transforming the organizational culture and practices of government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Labor.
Committed to expanding her impact beyond federal work, Erica repurposed her expertise in reengineering and course/training design to afford extraordinary women with opportunities to explore new possibilities. In 2016, she founded X Is Possible LLC – a personal and professional growth and development consultancy – brazenly sharing her experiences and approaches to career advancement and change, educational success, generational wealth building, and lifestyle. While X Is Possible LLC encompasses several areas of life improvement, Erica specifically contributes to coaching and content related to her passion – professional empowerment. In 2019, Erica launched the E-Suite Academy, which prepares career women who are dissatisfied or unfulfilled in their 9 to 5 jobs to initiate their professional empowerment journey by identifying and pursuing a transition path - including career advancement, career change, and/or entrepreneurship - which will enable them to make a meaningful impact.
Through X Is Possible and the E-Suite Academy, Erica draws upon over 15 years of experience leading change, developing people, and delivering results to guide a budding community of individuals toward overcoming self-imposed limitations. Erica is a Certified Professional and Executive Coach and holds the ACC Credential through the International Coaching Federation. She earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Florida A & M University. She is also active in several professional and community organizations, including the National Black MBA Association (Former Executive Director, Washington DC Chapter), African American Federal Executive Association, Project Management Institute, International Coaching Federation, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
